Slovakia issues gold coin in honor of Prince Pribina of Nitrava
Pribina was the first renowned Slav ruler, Prince of Nitrava, a territory in the Western part of present-day Slovakia, where he reigned until 833. The Central Bank of Slovakia commemorates the 1150th year of Pribina’s death by issuing a gold coin in his honor. [ more ]
